Get to know Willy's Collision

Willy’s Collision is a family business owned and operated by Willy and Irene Rusterholz, who emigrated to Courtenay from Switzerland in 1979. Still at its original location on 27th Street in Courtenay, and over 30 years later, Willy’s Collision is still providing quality autobody repairs and award-winning customer service.

Willy’s Collision autobody repairs are fully guaranteed. We stand behind all of our work, and your collision repair warranty extends for as long as you own your car, even if that’s a lifetime. We go the extra mile for our vehicle repair customers, providing full detailing on all repaired cars and trucks, and ensuring that you have a courtesy car even if it is not covered by your ICBC insurance claim. In fact, if we don’t have one of our own courtesy vehicles available, we’ll rent one for you! Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Willy’s Collision is an ICBC Accredited Collision Repair and Valet Service, which means that our collision repair business practices meet or exceed the highest standards expected for the industry. These measured standards include the vehicle repair equipment we use, the qualifications of our autobody repair staff, our workmanship and the customer service we offer. It also qualifies us to provide you with on-site vehicle damage estimates for ICBC claims. Willy’s Collision is a proud recipient of the Autochex Award for customer service, a service that follows up on the satisfaction of ICBC claim customers.

If you’re vehicle needs repair, come down and meet our professional auto body repair team. Willy’s Collision, auto body shop, Courtenay in the Comox Valley, is open Monday to Friday from 8am -5pm.
